Every time I have gone to Nova I have had very pleasant visits. I am not a local but when I am in the Framingham area, you guys are my go-to! I especially want to give Nicole a shout out! Your customer service is top tier girl! Stay awesome!

I normally have a wonderful experience at this dispensary — the staff is friendly and helpful and I always tip. However, my visit today was different. When I walked up to the desk, the general manager, Nicole, asked if I was walking in or picking up an order. I politely said I was walking in and asked if I could see the daily special.
