It’s always a great experience at the Framingham store. Nadya is especially helpful and friendly. I really appreciate her dedication to excellent customer service. In fact, the entire crew at the Framingham store are nice, and knowledgeable and professional... I *highly* recommend ;)
The staff is great and always very helpful. Sherin has been a long-time employee here and is always very considerate. But the selection is always limited and poor-quality and the past few days I’ve gone in with friends to pick up their orders, they’ve had the workers in there with no cooling during this heatwave. I saw two portable ACs that don’t seem to do anything. I was getting dizzy just standing in there for our orders. I can’t imagine how sick those employees must be.
