I find the people at the Nova Credit Union in Hickory to always be friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I rate the team 10 out of 10. I wish all my business transactions were as gracious as this team!!!
Worst !!! I've ever dealt with. Staff was always great! But they charge a fee for everything! $50 to transfer money from my savings to my checking is crazy! Be very aware of all the Fees they charge before you sign up. Would not recommend!
I just opened a checking and savings account at Nova and Stephanie has been the one that's took care of me and she's been great!!! Answered all questions when needed and she's very polite and nice I'm glad I decided to switch to Nova credit
Tara has gone above and beyond to help me and my sister sort out some crazy car loan woes due to loan service providers switching! Not only did she remember our scenario months after we initially contacted Nova CU, but she also took time out of her busy day to do some sleuthing and find out why things were not reflected properly in our account. She could have just stopped once she got our future payments set up but due to her extra work and efforts, she was able to solve the greater mystery on the account and get it resolved... read more
I have been a member of Nova for many years. Each time I interact with staff at the Hickory branch I am reminded why I moved my banking to Nova. The customer service is always superb. It's like a 'down home' friendly bank, never has anyone been negative in their interactions with others. Thank you Lauren and Stephanie for your five star service!
