I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmym on June 10,2024. I'm NOT a member of the Nova Credit Union but they are a share branch. Jasmym answered the phone when I called and answered all my questions and then some. She actually SAVED me from having to go home and call my credit union to get the correct information to get some money out of my account.
