I had the pleasure of meeting Jasmym on June 10,2024. I'm NOT a member of the Nova Credit Union but they are a share branch. Jasmym answered the phone when I called and answered all my questions and then some. She actually SAVED me from having to go home and call my credit union to get the correct information to get some money out of my account. Horrible experience. You can fill out a membership app and Loan application and they will run your credit so that you have a mark on your credit but then deny your membership application because of where you live. You'd think that they would process your membership prior to running your credit. Bad business. Manager was absolutely useless in helping.
I always get great service here. It is a sister credit union to my credit union in Michigan. Shannon Atwell, the branch manager is fabulous!
