This is not a bike shop. These are some high school kids who probably do know a lot about bikes and can fix them, but the experience I had suggests that they need some more experience and some lessons in customer service. I needed a tube replaced on my wheel and after they helped me it leaked, then when I contacted them to take the tube back (it was not quite the right size) they did not respond to my communication. They charged me $25 for them to replace it, but you will get better service at SportChek or another bike shop ... read more
