I recently started treatment for low testosterone and weight loss. Initial visit was very informative with Dr Vo and he explained options available. Bonnie was very helpful to explain dosage. The total experience was pleasant. I feel the entire staff want to help me reach my goals.
Dr. Vo, Bonnie, and the entire Novmed team were absolutely outstanding. They were accommodating, friendly, and were invested in helping reach my weight loss goals. Dr. Vo and his team really listened to my needs, did through evaluations of my current health status, and developed a plan with me to change my lifestyle to ensure I would get the best results. I was reassured multiple times by all of the staff that I was welcomed to call or come by at anytime should I have questions or concerns.
Great experience. Staff was very courteous and helpful. I got lots of good information and a plan in place by Dr. Vo. Bonnie was also very knowledgeable and personable. I would definitely recommend Nouvo Med.
I can’t say how impressive the doctor and staff were to me as a patient. Eager to answer my questions. My experience was great and my only concern is the ability to continue my treatments due to the costs. I would like to be a compliant patient and follow through on the suggested treatments. Price may hamper my compliantly! Only 3 stars due to high treatment fees!
Dr. Vo and staff are great at getting your weight loss goals knocked out and providing support for you on knowledge and tips during your journey!
