I had an excellent experience with this aesthetician. I went in for a consultation regarding my damaged skin barrier, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She suggested the best skincare routine for both pre- and post-treatment and even planned my full aftercare routine. My first facial ever and it was so amazing. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. I have always been self conscious when going into places like this but it I am so glad I went! She did an excellent job and I will be back regularly! Highly recommend the platinum facial for first timers! My skin feels so clean, fresh and dewy!

Chelsea was fantastic! Explained every step before she did it and the possible sensations I would feel and made sure if anything was ever uncomfortable to let her know so that she could stop/neutralize the product. I loved my platinum hydra facial and will definitely be going back! I also enjoyed that she did not pressure me into buying any products at the end of the appointment.
