I had money to burn and was ready to buy, but the customer service was so terrible, I couldn't justify spending my money here. Lee, one of the owners lied to my face about sending a second email, which I asked him to reveal, as nothing was in my inbox. He totally ignored this request. This is at their new location on Eager Street.

I love the furniture in this store, but would never go back again due to the horrible customer service. I ordered a piece of furniture that had a significant blemish in the finish and the one of the owners, Lee, asked if I would consider exchanging it for the floor model. I said "sure" so long as the floor model was in good condition. When I drove 30 minutes to the store to see the floor model, it had nicks all over it. We bought a Groupon, thinking it was going to be a good deal and we'd be able to buy something chic and modern for our home. When we got to the store our first impression was this is really cool. But as we looked around we noticed the prices...yikes! So incredibly overpriced!! And I have seen some of these things (or similar) at other stores for reasonable prices.
