I ordered a pair of sneaker from them online on the 14th of January. They still have yet to update my tracking information. At this point I feel like I’ve been scammed. Horrible!!
Zero star experience for real. Received the shoes in terrible condition & just wanted another pair sent because I love the designer & the style of shoe. Shoe was sold out so my only option was to return my pair for a refund. I didn’t want to do that because I want the shoe, just in new condition. Not with glue busting out the seam, fabric coming through the laces, & just a bunch of other random imperfections. Only alternative offer was a 10% discount on my next purchase. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered. I got shoes a half size too large, sent them back and failed to jump through the last gauntlet of sharing tracking info after doing ALL of the many other items needed to get this return done. I will NEVER shop with this company again. Customer service is obviously not their concern.
