I'm in my 5th week of Nancy's program and can already see results. I fit into jeans I haven't been able to wear in well over a year, back into exercising every day and learning the right foods to eat. Things I never thought I liked are really delicious, like cauliflower mashed potatoes. So much fun trying new things, I made Vegan sweet potato brownies that are so good! This is a program I believe I can stay on. Feels so good to be getting back in shape again. Nancy is always available to answer questions.
