Hana is an amazing resource! I started seeing her 5 years ago and I always leave with a better understanding of how to take care of myself. She discovered the reason for my decade of digestive issues that doctors were unable to address. I recommend her wholeheartedly as a caring, supportive, knowledgeable dietician and nutritionist.
Visited Nourishing Results for an initial consultation with Katie Lehn on April 17, 2018. The office was pleasant and the nutritionist was nice, but offering no useful information. She asked predictable sets of questions about diet, exercise and sleep. She then offered predictable advise: sleep at least 8 hours, eat thoughtfully with emphasis on vegetables, fruit and lean protein.
