Be grounded massage comes from the premise of get back into your peaceful state. Everyday life takes our peace away bit by bit. This creates dysfunction, then disease. Where not designed for disease purposes. I always drift off to a very protected place during a Be grounded session as the music is so perfect. A very experienced and knowledgeable practitioner. 9 out of 10
