I've been going to Nourishing Moments for years, top quality products for your face. Gail gives absolutely wonderful facial, so very relaxing, always happy with Gails services.

I’ve been so stressed lately and have not been caring for my skin. I had deep wrinkles & overall dull looking skin. I got the Brightening Facial and my skin feels brand new. My wrinkles were actually dehydration marks and my skin looks and feel amazing!!!! I have sensitive skin and the products Gail uses are so good and nutrient rich. The facial ended with a massage on the face, scalp, and neckline which was so relaxing. I highly recommend Nourishing Moments for an amazing and relaxing experience! ❤️

Gail was amazing! She had a very calming presence, the place was clean and welcoming, and she made my first experience with Reiki better than I could have expected. She was very personable and took time to ensure I felt comfortable and left me feeling very calm and relaxed after my session. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to try Reiki in the Hamilton area!
