I love Nourished! The 3 day detox is especially my favorite! The smoothies, soups and broths are all delicious and I truly felt incredible after! I never felt hungry or deprived. And when I finished, I felt more energized, less bloated and inspired to keep eating healthy. I would highly recommend!
Tried for the first time today. I got there at closing time and expected to be told to come back another day. I was welcomed in, told to take my time, and given an overview of the whole menu by the friendliest woman. This is so rare nowadays! My smoothie was fantastic, and I can’t wait to try the soup I’m taking home. I am excited I found my new spot!
Nourished 3-day reset detox is the absolute best. Nourished truly is the gem of Hinsdale. I go several times a week whether its for smoothies, bone broth, or to pick up my weekly salad. Their classes are AMAZING and I would go to them time and time again (I learn something new even in repeated classes!). I can't speak more highly of Nourished for those who care about their health and/or want to embark on learning more about a healthy lifestyle.
