I believe in focusing on the whole person and empowering my clients to be their own health advocates; there is no one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is to take the fear out of using nutrition as medicine, help clients achieve a lifetime of wellness and to navigate the ever-changing world of nutrition. I have helped many people with autoimmune disease, digestive disorders, eating disorders and much more. In addition to nutritional consultations I offer Grocery Store Tours and Pantry/Refrigerator Makeovers.

Nicole from Nourish Nutrition worked with me to put together a customized cooking class for my staff of 11 in the CSU College of Business. I was looking for a festive holiday virtual gathering that would be fun and interactive. I had Nicole do a live cooking class for my group (women's health & alignment) & she was phenomenal! Kept them all engaged, taught us so much, and made it all loads of fun! We brought on Nourish Nutrition to partner with us as part of a nutrition segment for our company Wellness Program. Nicole did a fantastic job engaging our team on a progressive challenge through the month of October and was an excellent resource/educator for everyone! Nicole helped our Girl Scout troop earn the "Eating for You" badge by teaching us all about what to eat and drink and what to avoid. She did a fantastic job engaging with teen/pre teen girls and even shared multiple handouts the girls could refer back to. We used her healthy eating advice to plan meals for our scout campout the next month. Everybody loved the healthy foods they chose. Thank you Nicole!
