The Lagree classes are awesome! Anyone with knee and back pain should be attending regardless of age. Zero impact core strengthening with the added benefit of better rest, clarity and cardio. After four weeks I'm sculpting muscle I haven't seen in many years. I can't say enough good things about the staff and the space. Everyone has been super helpful. Absolutely in love with my Lagree classes! Sam is an incredibly inspiring and talented instructor who keeps you motivated throughout every single workout. Her energy and passion for fitness shine through, making each session not just effective but genuinely enjoyable. I can't recommend her enough!
I absolutely love this Lagree studio! The space is beautiful and welcoming, and the instructors are fantastic—knowledgeable, encouraging, and great at guiding all fitness levels. I always leave feeling challenged and energized. Highly recommend for anyone looking to elevate their fitness!
If you haven't tried a Lagree workout here yet, it needs to be the next thing you do. The studio is beautiful and clean, the machines are brand new, and the instructors are knowledgable, encouraging and run a great group class. The Lagree workout is KILLER. In a good way. You feel the effects of a full body workout long after but the 45 minutes goes so quickly. Definitely worth giving Lagree a try!
