Staff from EMR so rude constantly watching you they look at you as if you have no ticket and 4 - 5 of them just standing there at the barriers. You don’t see this in Europe as they have no barriers and you just buy your ticket. The trains are far better clean and a lot cheaper compared to hear were you are getting ripped of and they are constantly checking tickets onboard the trains even if you have bought a ticket and only way to access the platform is by putting your ticket in the barrier. Absolute clown shoes. Have to scan to get through, which takes multiple attempts and ultimately requires a staff member while having only 1 in/out gate usable during evening rush hour along with trains departing early and staff not doing their actual job of clearing people away from said entrance/exit gate

Easy to get to, modern feel. Toilets on the way to Tram. Very easy follow Way Out, exit the ticket check point. Toilets poorly signed, head left before picking up signs again. I continued to Phoenix park. Had to get a ticket from machine. See photos, then up one escalator and tram platform. Very practical and swanky modern feel. Roomy tram system itself, runs smoothly.
