It's overall a busy station yet the unity of the staff are on point as well as the Customer Service and Information hubs give good advice trains are generally on time except for times when it's no fault of their own.
Lovely architecture but far too hot with glass roof. Least bit cooler on platform.
Staff from EMR so rude constantly watching you they look at you as if you have no ticket and 4 - 5 of them just standing there at the barriers. You don’t see this in Europe as they have no barriers and you just buy your ticket. The trains are far better clean and a lot cheaper compared to hear were you are getting ripped of and they are constantly checking tickets onboard the trains even if you have bought a ticket and only way to access the platform is by putting your ticket in the barrier.
