tried to cancel the contract to which they said they would collect equipment. this never happened. tried to contact again but nobody answered the call. when I finally get in contact they collected the equipment which has now left her with a bill and debt collectors. this is unacceptable.
My grandad has been with nottingham on call now for a few years we thought the whole point of on call was if you have a fall or need help you press the alarm and if you needed help then the operator would send someone round to check on them but no.. on call got an alert from my grandad who is 90 years old, nottingham on call tried to phone a family member at 2am to say he had a fall, at 7am paramedics got to him so he was left for 5 hours with no one checking up on him even though they thought he had a fall.
