I have been to see Randy for Bowen Therapy twice now and I just can’t believe how much better my back, hip and shoulders are, it had got to the point where I couldn’t walk far at all, daily chores left me in terrible pain, but after only the first session I felt so much relief, it really is quite remarkable, I’m so glad I found out about Bowen Therapy and Randy himself is such a lovely man, very calming, someone you feel comfortable with straight away! If you’re thinking of trying it, go visit Randy, you won’t be sorry!

Having struggled with neck and lower back pain for a while and had many physio appointments I felt I had hit a wall. I had a brief experience of the Bowen technique in New Zealand whilst on holiday and so decided to contact Randy on the back of that and I wish I had done so sooner.
