Utterly disappointing. It was meant to take 3 weeks to build a chicken run. 3 weeks turned into 2 months. When I called to check progress 2 months later, came an "apology, I cannot make it as I have had too much on". It would have helped if I was told straight away, unfair. And if I had not chased I would still be waiting.
