Horrible, horrible practices, repeatedly stall processing payments. Customer service, website accessibility and overall attitude from staff is pathetic and seriously rude. Call into the office and it’s like talking to bots! Make sure you send payments registered or certified. NEVER allow them to automatically debit— Better yet: AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
