This is by far, in my experience, the best RON platform for notaries. Upon signup I reached out to them and Kalin was extremely helpful, attentive, and professional. Furthermore, Kalin was very patient and was with me throughout the entire signup process. I so appreciate her help and NotaryHub is very lucky to have her onboard. I'm so glad I signed up with Notary Hub. I could not have completed this process without Kalin B.. She is SO knowledgeable, Patient and great at instructing step by step. I honestly cannot say enough great things about her, or this company. I have almost no experience with computers, having been in Healthcare my entire adult life. If not for Kalin. I would still be stuck trying to navigate the process. Thank you!!!!!

Although I ran into a few glitches during the onboarding process, I was thrilled when Kalin was so responsive and helpful to bring me me across the finish line. Many companies could learn a great lesson from this company on how customers should be treated. Very pleased with the process!!!
