I needed a notary on a Saturday. Hours say open til 8pm online, so I called at 3:30pm. She answered righ away and kindly said that she couldn't help me. No explanation or offer to come/help at another time.

Canceled 5 minutes before our appointment time to come to the house after saying she was going to be early. She gave no reason on why she couldn’t make it and didn’t offer to reschedule the appointment she just said she couldn’t make it and hung up. Not sure why she did this but it really messed up things for us because we needed the paperwork notarized that day so it could be overnighted.
