Excellent customer service.
I have used Hubco for over twelve years to set up companies and corporations, and to add registrations in additional locations, first my own and then for my clients. The process can be complicated and is different from state to state. Hubco has made the process simple, and allows me to sleep at night knowing that it has been done properly and on time. They remind me when renewals are coming up. And they do it in the most pleasant, professional of ways! I'm very grateful that it exists. So are my clients.
Prompt service, friendly & professional
A corporate kit, seal or stock certificates are no longer required in any state. Save your money. Go to the state website file yourself. You don't need a cheaply made kit with a seal that is only going to collect dust. It's a thing of the past.
Jim and his team got me all setup with a small business in just hours! Unbelievable service and response time. Highly recommend A++
