I wanted to notarize a death certificate for a document to be used overseas. I went to Google to find an Apostille notary place and found this one. I called Andrew and confirmed that he does these services, and he explained that he would be able to do these services, only by appointment. I set up an appointment for 12/29 @12pm. I went over there and buzzed his number in front of the provided address.
