This is my second time trying to get notary services. The building looks abandoned and there is a phone number on the door asking you to call. When you call you are asked to leave a message. THIS IS NOT FOR WALK IN SERVICES
So convenient, incredibly affordable and Victor was very friendly. It’s in a funky location, which is also part of its odd New York charm. It’s in the building next to a laundromat, with “bedding” on the sign.
