Nikolay is easy to talk to and he put me at ease. Setting up a will and a representative agreement was not something I was looking forward to but Nikolay made it easier. He was able to answer all the questions I had about medical situations during the representative agreement. He also made suggestions to keep my will valid for longer and save me from needing to come back to update it anytime soon.
