The office's hours of operation on Google doesn't mention a office closure for lunch time, so we arrived around 12:30, and apparently everyone in the office was having lunch. Someone walked out of the room shortly and asked if we can wait a bit. We agreed and waited till 12:57. They were done with lunch and were socializing, while we were still waiting! So, we decided to take our business somewhere else!
The people were very polite, kind and professional. My experience was excellent!
As a customer, when you visit a licensed professional, you expect a good customer service, I didn't said excelent, just GOOD, but this public notary was rude and unprofessional, he didn't even tried to understand or help with my documents. It wasn't my fault that the registry minimized my signature in my driver's license, and I was surprised because he didn't try to get more resources to validate my signature. I looked for a second public notary, and I didn't have any issues to get my ID validated. I definitely would not rec... read more
