He advertised the apartment as being an upstairs apartment showing up stairs pictures. When we showed up the apartment was downstairs. Did not even greet us properly. He had us look at the apartment while the tenants were moving out the house was disgusting and had a horrible odor he did not walk us through anyting stayed outside the entire time we walked out he handed us a paper and said bring it to his office in the morning.
