Terrible customer service. I called ahead to schedule an appointment with this mobile notary, located about a 20-minute walk from the address listed on Google Maps. On the day of the appointment, I texted him two and a half hours in advance to confirm. He responded with an automated message asking me to confirm, which I did — but after that, he never showed up. Price is based on his location, not the location stated on Google.
The customer service and general attitude require urgent attention. Despite being located only two minutes away, he wants to charge a $50 travel fee in addition to the notary fee. Initially, I believed I had misheard, thinking the fee was $15. However, the not so gentle man rudely clarified that he would not drive to my location for $15. Furthermore, it is not possible to visit him as he operates on a "Mobile Only" basis. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience.
Was easy to schedule & meet to complete my out-of-state vehicle verification for a title transfer. Only had to pay $75 for mobile travel- super convenient for my own situation! Diego was an absolute professional. Thanks again!
