Terrible customer service. I called ahead to schedule an appointment with this mobile notary, located about a 20-minute walk from the address listed on Google Maps. On the day of the appointment, I texted him two and a half hours in advance to confirm. He responded with an automated message asking me to confirm, which I did — but after that, he never showed up.
