Diego Santacruz was on time and very professional. He took the time to explain the process and was very reasonably priced. My family and I will be using him for our notary needs. I highly recommend his services.
Terrible customer service. I called ahead to schedule an appointment with this mobile notary, located about a 20-minute walk from the address listed on Google Maps. On the day of the appointment, I texted him two and a half hours in advance to confirm. He responded with an automated message asking me to confirm, which I did — but after that, he never showed up. The customer service and general attitude require urgent attention. Despite being located only two minutes away, he wants to charge a $50 travel fee in addition to the notary fee. Initially, I believed I had misheard, thinking the fee was $15. However, the not so gentle man rudely clarified that he would not drive to my location for $15. Furthermore, it is not possible to visit him as he operates on a "Mobile Only" basis. I am thoroughly dissatisfied with this experience.
