I called and agreed to meet. She requested a call from me 30mins prior to meet up to confirm. I called and she said she could not make it and asked to reschedule for tomorrow. Your business says 24hr service. Don't waste your time.

I tried to schedule an appointment with a notary. The first time I called, I was told that on the required date the only available time was 1 PM, even though Google indicates their working hours as 24/7. I mentioned that I would call back the day before the appointment. On Thursday, I tried calling again, but no one answered. Instead, I received an SMS saying I would be called back later, which never happened. My main question is: why not provide services in a proper and professional manner? If you are around the area, this is the best place to get a notarized done. My first time here and it’ll always be my go to now. She’s super friendly and got the help I need with my document. Thank you again for your service.

Wow, I could not be happier w/Mona. I had such a positive experience. You can imagine my excitement when she text to come on over, mind you it’s close to 11pm. I had a problem, my printer is out of service and she texted to email the letter and she’ll have it ready. 😻 I left for her place right away. This took place close to 11pm. She’s super friendly, helpful and efficient. You’re AHHMAZING Mona and thank you so much!! You’re a lifesaver!!
