I tried to schedule an appointment with a notary. The first time I called, I was told that on the required date the only available time was 1 PM, even though Google indicates their working hours as 24/7. I mentioned that I would call back the day before the appointment. On Thursday, I tried calling again, but no one answered. Instead, I received an SMS saying I would be called back later, which never happened. My main question is: why not provide services in a proper and professional manner? Wow, I could not be happier w/Mona. I had such a positive experience. You can imagine my excitement when she text to come on over, mind you it’s close to 11pm. I had a problem, my printer is out of service and she texted to email the letter and she’ll have it ready. 😻 I left for her place right away. This took place close to 11pm.
