Quick, efficient, and polite service
The woman who helped me would not listen to me, insisting the whole time she knew how to do her job. I went to the Secretary of State’s office and presented the documents and they were done INCORRECTLY. They have no idea what they are doing and are rude, to boot. Hard pass.
Shame on you Google. You must consider giving us a zero star or a half star option. I think that if my ancestors hadn't been in America for 375 years, they may have been able to assist me.
