I'm being nice and giving a 3 star review as the notary I spoke with was courteous and professional during the call. I had scheduled to meet them at a nursing home Thursday at 2:30 pm. However, that is the end of the glowing review. When it came time for the meeting, they never showed, and haven't returned my call as I left a message. I ended up waiting an hour and a half for them to show before I gave up and went home.
