Caroline was amazing. I had another notary lined up that cancelled at the last minute. I started calling around and left many messages all over town, and no one answered until I reached Notary Pro's. Caroline was kind and professional and was able to make time that day to get my document signed. She communicated well throught the whole process and in my opinion, went above and beyond- getting my document notarized that afternoon so I could meet my deadline! I would highly recommend! Wonderful, friendly, and helpful customer service here! They worked us in quickly in turn with others even without a scheduled appointment. Definitely recommend this location if Identigo fingerprinting is needed! They also have notary services! Also, check out the very cool community thrift store across the street!

Extremely quick and efficient! It's been a long time since I've received service like this. The mom and daughter combo were nice and welcoming. I was reassured that it would not take 30-45 days of a turn around for the fingerprints for my HazMat clearance, it will be more like 3. All of this was done before my scheduled appointment time as well.
We had an appointment scheduled here this Saturday and the office looks abandoned. We got here early and waited for an hour until appointment time watching others walk up to the door looking just as confused. After calling the numbers provided for Identogo and the Notaries we received absolutely no help. The numbers are useless and you can not get a hold of anyone even though they are supposedly open 10-4 on Saturdays.
