There was a significant discrepancy between the estimated price and the final price for the in-person service. The final charge included both a platform fee and a booking fee(I don’t find any reason that I should use NotaryPro Platform if there is platform fee, at the same time to be charged by the notary office again in booking fee). DO NOT USE - MISLEADING AND A SCAM - contacted these guys cause they were open on a sunday and even asked them online BEFORE going through the process online and in person if they could notarize a form for the government and they said yes - then come to find was directed to a Staples to get the document notarized only to be declined and was told had to go to a facility in person for a notary - then was told no one available on sunday - and told had to spend more to go to an attorney on monday to complete the notarization - A... read more
