Booked an appointment online, got 3 confirmation emails/reminders about the appointment and then got a text message from them saying they are not available at the time I booked. Why have the slot open on your web site and send 3 confirmations if you're not available?
It was ok. I felt it was expensive. Regular lawyer did it in genuine price .
