was not happy with the online portion as we made an appointment, but all the information needed to get to see the representative was not given to us prior to our appointment, so when we arrived at the location we did not know how to contact them, consequently we went home only to get emailed later in the day the information needed to contact the rep, thankfully the representative was kind enough to reschedule us the next day.
