Tried to book online, explained what I need with the customer support staff. Got the link to book it. Great, so I went ahead and booked it with their availability and location. Got the confirmation within a minute and also within minutes, got the cancellation without any reasoning. Tried to book it again, same thing. Waste of time. They were nice enough to ask for a survey in their cancellation email too 😅
