Got one document signed and only until my mother was charged did I noticed that there was a $10 fee to scan a document. I called the day before to discuss printing the document and the gentleman explained that it was $1.50 to print the document, I asked him if he's able to scan it as well and he said no problem. No amount was ever given to me and my 74-year-old mother did not know the difference when she had her appointment in person, until I seen the receipt.
