The service was fast but the lawyer was rude and unfriendly! She was unwelcoming and her tone was condescending.
I feel the service is way over priced for a 2 min meeting essentially. On top of that, I was booked for 1 pm and the lady had sent a text out earlier confirming the appointment at approximately 11:30 am. I did not pay attention to the text other than I noticed it said, appointment with notary Pro today. Well, on the way to the appointment, we realize the lady changed the time to 2 pm! No phone call to warn us, or even check in to see if that works... Very disappointed to say the least. I will not use this lady again.
