One user had two conversations with them. First conversation they spelled their customers email wrong, even after multiple corrections by the customer in that one call. After correcting the email in the second conversation. However when the customer received the "completed document" the customers last name was incorrectly spelled. Professional and on time and very easy to book on the website
The notary pro booking program was excellent as were the directions and reminders. Not too far off Pembina. Mr. Rona answered the door however did not introduce himself . I wasn’t sure if he was the notary or someone assisting!! He was efficient and clearly understood my needs on a number of documents for a stock transfer. I would definitely use his services in the future .
Efficient service, got exactly what was needed done with no issues or hassle. He was very approachable easy going person. Would return if service's are needed in the future.
