I used this service to have a document witnessed so I could transfer a family members car over to me without tax. The service was great but MTO staff not very knowledgeable that the form was legal. After I reached out to the help option for advice they highlighted the area on the form and resent it to me that MTO failed to read in the first place. Notary Pro a 5 star, MTO maybe a 1 star.
