Easy & friendly. A good service.
The lady is nice but she makes you take off your shoes to enter her "office" which is not professional at all. Then she was commenting on my signature and did not do notarizing of our document.I think she was not even aware that the pixels and quality of signature on a driver's license are not as good as when you sign it fresh. I wish we had made appointment somewhere else.
