I tried to use their service at Staples to notarize a death certificate which was not on their list of exclusions for online notarizations. About 30 minutes in I was advised I needed an in person appointment. They had already charged me and refunded some but all of my money. They're charging me a cancellation fee even though they cancelled for a service they didn't tell me up front was not available. I'd give them no stars if I could. Do not recommend.
