A vast majority of the process was seamless, however, when uploading the id of an additional witness here at staples the document would not upload at all, we tried for 30 mins before just uploading one and asking the notary to upload the second ID verification from her end. The one difficult piece left a sour taste on an otherwise good service.
I had never done this before, and the person made it very easy. She was very patient as we worked through it online. Would definitely use this service next time I need something notarized.

The process was quick, efficient, and the notary was pleasant and courteous. I like the fact that she was so close to my home (one street over from me) so I could just walk. Kudos!!!
