Very bad service, nobody was there to help. The scanning thing from phone wasn’t working. Worst notary service ever.
Very good and fast
Notary was very polite, friendly and efficient. But be prepared to deal with several upload id/document steps and then wait in a queue for a while depending on the number of people ahead of you.
Please be advised that as a Notary Pro you should be able to help the customer create the documents on the computer during the appointment professionally. Also providing the customer with a paper copy of the receipt.
