I was able to get a quick appointment to notarize a quit claim for a US property. A witness was also provided.
First time using notary services and this was very easy to use. Made an online appointment, they were ready and waiting for me, signature notarized and out in less than 10min. Would definitely use their services again.
Great service, difficulty with power outage, cash option would be beneficial. Website appears as online option only, I had to dig to find the in person option.
service was good. unfortunately had to defer one week as they ran out of seals to certify the documents.
