Generally a positive experience. I was confused initially regarding the location, but once i found it, the steps were easy to follow and proceeded without problems. The waiting time was reasonable to get connected and the process was smooth. The terminal is open to the public, so i was a bit concerned about others listening in on the conversation, but don't think it was a problem. I would use this facility again.
