This was my 2nd appointment with Saeed. He was very helpful, polite, and understanding. I would definitely see him again if needed. However, the woman I talked to about the procedure for booking appt. was totally unhelpful and rude. I'm a very senior citizen and was having difficulty understanding her due to her accent, soft speaking (my hearing is not perfect), and my lack of knowledge of the process for booking.
