I left a message and received a call back in 10-15 minutes. I asked all my questions and got very proper answers and directions what i should do. It was very professional. Also I got email notification with address, phone and time of my appointment and after that even reminder the same day as I had my appointment. When I came to prepare documents, lady who did it was very nice and friendly. She prepared documents in 5 minutes.
