Unprofessional communication. I checked a few days before the appt if they can print off a page as we don’t have a printer. I was told that was possible but there is an extra charge. Today 2 hrs before the appt I was told that’s not possible and no apology or anything. Will not be getting anything done here. The person’s name was Nickisha Lee.
