I drove 10 Km with my wife and 2 little girls for an appointment on July 9 at 8:30 am. We arrived a couple of minutes before but needed to return empty handed after 15 minutes waiting outside for someone to open the door. It turned out that the notary was traveling and had only sent an e-mail informing this the day before, which was sitting in the SPAM folder as it was a holiday and I didn't check for SPAM.
